WASH WITH THE UTMOST CARE

Down products are delicate and require special care in order to maintain optimum efficiency. Use a front-loading washing machine ONLY, wash in warm water with mild powder detergent (no bleach) on a gentle cycle with a slow spin. It may be necessary to repeat the rinse cycle to ensure that detergent residues have been removed. An extra spin cycle can help remove excess water. Do not pull the product out of the washing machine, lift it from below.

CLOSE ALL ATTACHMENTS

Wash garment inside out and close all Velcro® fasteners and zippers to prevent damage before cleaning.

TUMBLE DRY LOW

Toss your down product in the dryer for a long time on low heat. It is also important to wash and dry items individually. We recommend placing tennis balls in the dryer to prevent the down from forming clumps.

If your down product does not fit in your washing machine or dryer, we recommend that you take it to a professional who specializes in cleaning down. It will make your life easier.

If you don't have a dryer, you can dry your down product on a radiator. Turn it over from time to time to maintain the homogeneity of the down.
